The hotel is near Braga street and Sogo mall, and the staff were very friendly. But my parents’ room on Level 7 was haunted, which was the scariest part. The floor was slippery, the soap dispenser leaked, and the bidet water flow was very low. Breakfast was so-so, nothing special. We asked to change one of the rooms, but something weird happened in my parents’ room: the emergency door suddenly opened. The next morning, around 9 AM, a man was reciting Qur'an very loudly. The day after that, a group of school children made noise with no discipline. Not recommended!

You can walk from the hotel on Jalan Asia Afrika to the Alun-Alun, the city center, and famous Jalan Braga. It’s a convenient place to stay in the heart of Bandung, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the price is good for what you get. A solid affordable choice for a pleasant stay.

The staff were courteous and quick to help, and the bed was comfortable. Braga Walk is only about a 10-minute walk away, which was handy. The duvet cover was torn, though, and there was no iron in the room. Breakfast could use some work too, since a few dishes were too salty.

The room was small but clean, and the price was okay for the location. Noise from the street and the 'neighbor' was a downside.

The location was great, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was delicious. The value felt fair too. But the AC struggled to cool the room, then started leaking a few hours before we left. The bathroom door lock was also partly broken. Without the AC problem, I’d have no hesitation about coming back.
