The staff were friendly, and the location is near JL Braga. Still, the place is dirty and poorly maintained.

I found this on Agoda during a long weekend when the other hotels were already full, and it was the only affordable option I saw there. The stay turned out badly. The room was extremely dirty, and the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

For under 200k, you get fresh towels, free water, and service around the clock, plus the WiFi worked pretty well. The main issue for me was the hot water: it only came on from 4 pm and didn't last long. I'd recommend it.

It's an affordable place, but my stay fell short of what I expected. I paid 210k through Traveloka and wasn't told that this price got me a fan room only. At check-in I was asked for another 30k for AC, bringing the total to 240k for the AC room, towels, and soap. There was no complimentary mineral water or water heater. The building is quite old, the toilet had a lot of stains, and the staff were friendly.

The rooms were dirty, the place felt messy and uncomfortable, and cigarette smoke was everywhere. AC wasn't included, and the WiFi barely worked in the rooms. It doesn't seem like the same place shown in the photos from when they were taken.
