Really disappointing. The hotel says it doesn’t work with Oyo, so why is “Oyo” in its name? People keep booking through the app and then losing their money when the receptionist says they can’t accept those reservations. If that keeps happening, the hotel manager should take action. I don’t know who put the hotel’s name on Oyo, but this has affected a lot of people.

I booked through OYO and arrived to find there was no reservation, even though it was a long weekend away from Yogyakarta. My wife was pregnant, and we had hoped to get to Bandung and rest. I was really disappointed. The hotel took no responsibility for what happened.
