Hotel Santika Pasir Kaliki Bandung

Taufik at the Front Office really helped me out when I urgently needed a taxi and heavy traffic made it very hard to find one. He took initiative and went the extra mile to get me transportation, and I appreciated his care and service a lot. The room could use better soundproofing, as others have mentioned.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and neat, and this is one of the best three-star hotel chains in Indonesia. It has never let me or my family down so far. I did notice there’s no secondary chain lock on the guest room door, which made us a little less confident about security. They suggested keeping valuables in the safe, though a hotel can reset its password pretty easily. There also wasn’t a chair in the room to sit on. Thank you.

We stayed for a couple of nights on a short family break in Bandung. The central location suited us, and we were able to use one of the few parking spaces just outside. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk and reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, was warm, friendly, and helpful. Nisa and Idham in the breakfast room on the 9th floor were always ready to help. After a long-haul trip and with jet lag, that kind of hospitality was especially welcome. I’d certainly return if I got the chance.

I was there for one night over the Eid holiday. The parking area is quite tight, as you might expect at a boutique hotel, but staff were always available to help park. The room was clean and had relatively new furniture. The location is excellent, walkable to Bandung train station and surrounded by great local food, and the staff were very friendly.
