I booked both of the hotel’s two suite rooms while getting ready for my wedding. There are only three room types, regular, deluxe, and suites, and the hotel is a great accommodation option right in the city center. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted good, and the room was clean, the service was good, and the price seemed reasonable. The air con in my room suddenly stopped, so I had to call a technician. It worked again afterward, but still didn’t cool the room enough. Even so, I had a good stay overall.

It’s a small hotel that’s nice for a rest, with great rooms, people, and breakfast. The hospitality is good, and the breakfast is a real plus. I could hear some noise from other rooms and quite a lot from the aisle, perhaps because this is a three-star Santika. It seems like a good choice for a hotel stay, though families planning a staycation with little kids might want to think twice.

Mas Hendry and the team looked after my family and me so well. The hospitality and service were just WOW. They even arranged a birthday surprise for my daughter. She was asleep when it happened, but the staff still gave it their best. Such a lovely experience, and I’ll definitely come back! 🥰🥰

This is a Santika Group chain hotel with good service and a fairly varied, tasty breakfast. It’s perhaps not right in central Bandung, but Festival Citiwalk Mall is nearby, so finding food and other necessities isn’t a concern. Everyone we met was friendly, from the security guards to the front office staff. There’s also a smoking room.

I found visible stains on the sheets and pillowcase as soon as I checked into my room. That was a very disappointing experience, since cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic standard at any hotel. I strongly recommend that management take serious steps to improve housekeeping.
