The beds were much too soft, and the room felt dirty and poorly maintained. There wasn't much provided, not even tea or coffee. When I asked for a kettle so I could make hot water, they told me to go downstairs to the restaurant. I paid more because I booked through an OTA, and only stayed here because my school kids were on a study tour.

The clean towels were bright white, and the hotel is in a strategic spot. Still, at 400,000 Rupiah a night for a standard Deluxe room with breakfast, the meal was just plain fried rice. The AC remote also didn't work.

What you get for the price feels a bit limited now. It's quite pricey.

The room was fairly comfortable, but the toilet setup was awkward for bathing. There's no water barrier, so water ends up all over the place, and the flush comes out weak. The hot water also looked cloudy and brown.

From the upper floors, you can see the city and mountains along the horizon. The hotel looks new from outside, though the rooms and interiors show that it's actually quite old. It was pretty clean, but at times I caught a bad smell from the emergency stairs.
