There was just one lift, and it was small and slow since everyone had to take turns, including people heading to the café on the 8th floor. If you're in a hurry, the emergency stairs are a better option. Even so, I'd come back for the comfort, room rate, and location. The room was clean, comfy, and fairly spacious, and the staff were friendly with pretty good service. Bandung Train Station is super close, and Paskal 23 Mall and the food market are just steps away, with tons of food choices. There are minimarts, boutiques, cafes, and restos in the area too.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyper Inn Hotel Paskal Bandung. The room was incredible and wonderful, and the staff were so friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and truly well located, so it's easy to find. Thank you so much, Hyper Inn Hotel Paskal Bandung. I hope I can come back someday.

A nice little budget hotel for an overnight stay if you're spending time in the area. On weekends, traffic going in and out gets dense because of the mall, so I wouldn't bring a car. I'd choose the no-breakfast package since there are plenty of restos and coffee shops around.

It was moderate overall. The parking area is a problem, they should mark it with something other than a bunch of motorbikes.

The Wi-Fi could use an upgrade, and it should reach all the floors. The accommodation needs some updating too. Only one lift was working, which made getting around and reaching the upper floors difficult. Thanks.
