The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location. I stayed for one night, mainly because of the good buzz on social media. The building, room, and décor were fine — a typical small boutique hotel that offers a cozy and simple atmosphere. It could have been a great stay if only the TV and safety box had worked. There was a large Smart TV in the room, but it wasn’t functioning, possibly due to an internet issue. The safety box was completely off as well. I reported both issues the next morning; while the staff offered to check, I believe such things should be verified before guests che

There some things that make our stay really great * Ivory Hotel upgraded our room for 12 days, with the best view we can have. Amazing! * Their restaurant cook very nice dishes, Indonesian and Western menu. And there’s a little corner bakery that you guys should try ❤️ * The staffs are friendly and really helpful. * The location is great with restaurants, supermarket, and mall walking distance. * Smart tv for our Netflix and Youtube 😄 * And they give us something as parting gift, what a nice gesture. Thank you for your hospitality, I hope I don’t forget anything, we will definitely come back!

Good service in hotel , in the restaurant not so good. But about the food i have no complaints. Wifi could be better. Clean room with confortable pillows. The location is central and near a supermarket.
