The reception team were great and let us check in at 11 am, thank you. But the traffic outside made the room extremely noisy. For a room described as deluxe, the condition was disappointing: the fridge cabinet's push-to-open mechanism was broken, so they gave us folded card to wedge the door open. The bathroom sink was tiny, and the repairs around it were badly done, not what you'd expect from this calibre of hotel or a “Deluxe Room.” Please fix the rooms and you'll get good reviews.

The room didn't have a mini bar or small fridge, which was the worst part. The hotel feels a little outdated, the towel was discoloured and even torn at the edges, and a couple of mosquitoes were flying around. Breakfast was too simple and didn't have much variety.

I left my watch by accident in a hotel drawer. When I contacted the hotel, they confirmed they'd found it. I asked them to send it back to Malaysia and said I'd pay all the costs, including a tip. Even so, my calls and WhatsApp messages have been blocked. The whole thing is humiliating, deeply upsetting, and disappointing. I feel helpless and distressed.

It's centrally located, but it's extremely noisy, right by a roundabout that never sleeps, with a train at the back too. My window was broken and wouldn't shut, so I got no sleep at all. Maybe the other rooms are better.
