We regretted checking in and ended up sleeping on the floor. The room wasn't what we expected: it was dirty, the mattress had lots of little itchy bugs, and the toilet was dirty and smelly. There was no TV or wardrobe, the AC didn't work, there was no hot water, and the facilities were very limited.

It was uncomfortable and filthy, nothing like I expected. The room was dirty, there was no AC, the toilet was clogged, and there weren't any pillows or blankets.

It's an awful place, unfit to stay in, like a ghost room. I paid but didn't end up using it at all because it wasn't fit for purpose, so the money was just gone. This is the kind of place you only come to once in your life.

The place was dark and dirty, the service wasn't friendly, and the water was yellow. There wasn't any water or toiletries, and there were lots of cockroaches. I don't want to stay here again.

The sheets were really dirty and covered in strange marks, and the toilet was clogged.
