La Asiana Express Hotel

Getting here was straightforward, since it’s on the main road and close to the Moh. Toha toll exit. The room was roomy enough and comfortable for an overnight rest, and the Wi-Fi worked at a decent speed. There was only one working outlet out of four, which was annoying. No water heater or toiletries were provided, just bottled mineral water, but for the price I paid I could live with that.

I complained to the receptionist twice about the noise, but they didn’t seem interested and nothing was done. A large family was staying on my third floor, with kids running along the corridor and adults shouting, laughing, and talking by the lift, even at 2 a.m. My friends were in separate rooms, and theirs smelled strongly of cigarettes. The hot water only lasted about three minutes, too. I checked in on 19 November, and this was easily the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I won’t come back. There are other hotels for the same price with better service than this broke hotel.

From my window on level 3, I got a beautiful sunrise. It’s a comfortable, pleasant hotel for someone traveling alone. The towel, though, looked dirty and smelled really bad. It needs replacing.

The towels here are very old and look dirty, and there’s no satellite TV. Some of the shared areas could be cleaner. At the same price, other hotels offer better facilities and room supplies.
