The room itself was okay, but the toilet was really old and filthy, with plastic peeling off the seat. I also found a puddle outside my door in the far corner of the third floor, probably rain coming through the window. That, along with the dark hallway at about 3 PM, felt pretty creepy. I was the only guest I could see when I arrived, just me and the receptionist in the lobby. I even checked behind the restaurant counter, but there was nobody there. There were chained stairs from my floor up toward what I think was the rooftop, and the whole setup felt questionable enough that I nearly ran. The area around the hotel felt unsettling too, with old, empty houses all around. I was travelling solo and felt especially unsafe as a woman. After dinner, I came back around 8 PM and there were still no other guests in the lobby. I stayed awake until 3 AM listening for anyone on my floor. If I run into a hotel like this again, I don't think I'll make myself stay. I'd just leave.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and quiet, set away from the main road. We arrived in Bandung early, so they let us leave our bags before the 2 PM check-in. I knew this hotel from when I used to live in Bandung. Thanks for having me and helping bring back those memories. I'd happily stay here again on a future visit.

All the rooms are non-smoking, which is a plus for me, and there's a required IDR 50K deposit. The location is strategic and the service was great, though the rooms could use a little maintenance.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Still, this was my first and last stay here. We booked a suite for four, and each person had two pillows. One was fluffy and comfortable, but the other felt like a stiff boxing bag. Breakfast was terrible, too. The suite was on the top floor. At 3 AM all four of us woke up to what sounded like someone running around above us for 30-40 minutes. In the morning we asked a staff member what was up there, and whether it was another room or staff room. He just grinned, smiled, and walked away.

There's a supermarket and restaurants nearby, and parking fits around 15 cars. The room was clean and fairly spacious, and the hotel looks modern. Food was average with limited choices. Overall, it's okay.
