The bathroom stood out for me. It was clean, the floor wasn’t slippery, and it dried fast after a shower. My husband recently had knee surgery, so those little things helped us feel safer and more comfortable. Aya Stays made our vacation pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, with soft bedding, fresh towels, clean sheets, and a spotless bathroom. The location was convenient, check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly whenever we needed help.
Parahyangan Residence is peaceful and comfortable, with a nice mountain feel and pleasant weather. Cafés, minimarkets, and restaurants are close by, and the location is convenient. It works for short or long stays if you like somewhere quieter and away from busy tourist spots ✨
It’s across from unika parahyangan, and there’s a shortcut to Lembang via Punclut nearby. Cleanliness and service depend on which OTA you book through.
Fresh air and a great place to stay in Bandung 👌
We needed an affordable, clean room where we could get a decent night’s sleep, since we were arriving around 10 pm. The apartment hotel had high ratings on another booking app, so we decided to try it. The apartment team contacted us soon after we booked and sent detailed directions for check-in and picking up the keys. There was a lot of information, but it meant we didn’t get lost when we arrived late. The lobby was spacious and nice, with mailboxes assigned to rooms. They also had options and solutions for guests with different needs, like checking out very early at dawn. Laundry was available at prices tailored to what you needed, and there was a mini store like indomaret/ alfa mart right in the lobby. The lift was quick and roomy from the basement parking, which had plenty of spaces across three levels below ground. You needed to tap a card to enter the lift, which felt safe. Our two-room unit was surprisingly clean and smelled good. One room was for the adults and the other for our kids. The blankets smelled freshly laundered. The newer TV connected to the internet, so we could watch netflix, we Tv, iqiyi, and other services. The aircond was new and clean, and kept the room comfortable. They provided clean towels, bath soap, a microwave, iron, hairdryer, hangers, fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, clean plates, bowls and glasses, stove, rice cooker, dish washer, and utensils. The view from the room was breathtaking, and I forgot to take a picture at night when it was even more beautiful. The sofa could be opened up as a bed, but the area underneath was dusty and had leftover crumbs from the previous customer. We didn’t get to try the swimming pool. Maybe next time.
