I only needed help getting downstairs to pick up food after my friend accidentally took my access card. I explained what happened and asked politely. I understand if the rules don't allow access without the card, but the receptionist was unfriendly and sounded rude while explaining. Another guest arrived before I was done being helped and got assistance straight away, without even a proper acknowledgment or closing with me. The hospitality could be better.
It's an older hotel apartment, but the place is great and clean, and the pool is clean too. Close to the mall and other things to do.
Beautiful highland views in Bandung, and a good place to stay. You can find it on Airbnb or OLX.
The mini market on site is handy, and the staff are friendly. Maintenance responds quickly, too. It's a comfortable, secure building, smaller and less crowded than GCA1 and GCA2 across the street. The pool and gym are small and require an access card, and they're usually not at capacity because you need to reserve. Parking is a hassle, as it is in apartment complexes generally.
Great building, I like this place.
