We stayed during the festive holiday and check-in went smoothly. Our family got connecting rooms, which worked well. When one of us suddenly felt unwell in the morning, mas Rifky arranged to bring one person’s breakfast to the room while the rest of us ate at the restaurant. The service was excellent. Thanks, neo hotel bandung, we’d stay again.

The check-in was super quick, and alfa at reception was so friendly, patient, and always smiling. He made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It might sound like a small thing, but it made the stay feel really special. Thank you so much!

We had a pleasant, memorable stay, thanks to the courteous staff. The rooms were a good size and the amenities were excellent. Its central spot in the culinary district is really convenient. I’m looking forward to coming back to Bandung on my next trip. Thank you.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, along with a mini market and cafes, all within walking distance. The room was fine, the AC was cold enough, and it even had an iron and ironing board. The one thing I didn’t like was the shower bracket. It wouldn’t let us adjust the handle to the position we needed.

The room was fine, though the toilet was small and there was no hot water from the sink tap. The location was good and we had a good stay at neo hotel. Service could be better.
