It's a great spot, within walking distance of the premium outlet Rumah Mode and its food court. I'd give it 4 stars, with the lack of a gym as the one drawback.

The rooms are quite old, but we had no problems, and the sheets, pillows, and towels were clean and had no smell. The area is quiet and calm in Bandung, a good fit for basic accommodation. Breakfast is simple but adequate, and there's plenty of parking. A large supermarket selling international products is across the street.

We stayed for three days and two nights and were happy with the service and value for the rate. The hotel has a small pool, outdoor tables, and a big parking area. They even clean your car if it looks dirty, though I don't know if that's usual at other hotels since I rarely travel by car. There's also a little fish pond by the level 1 rooms, with big fish my son loved. The reception staff were welcoming and explained things clearly. When the head sprayer broke, they replaced it quickly. Food was okay with lots of choices, including bread, rice, porridge, cereals, fruit, cake, and kolak, which changes every day. I liked the moist cake. Breakfast for kids isn't included, so I paid IDR 65.000 for my son. The atmosphere felt warm and relaxing, and I can see why lots of families stay there. Traffic to the city center is usually pretty bad, though the location works well if you're heading north toward Lembang, and there are many restaurants nearby.

There are rooms in several types, and the receptionist was friendly and able to explain the facilities. The hotel has a cozy garden and pool area, with several tents and seats in the middle. Guests chatting in the garden should keep their voices down because they can be heard in the rooms. It's in Hegarmanah, roughly across from Rumah Mode factory outlet, in a renovated building that used to be a guesthouse. Breakfast has a fair bit of variety, but flies often get onto the salads and cut fruit. Parking is available in front and there's more space behind. For a 3-star hotel, the rate feels a bit high since there's no safety box or mini fridge.
