The second day, the water stopped flowing, so I couldn't shower. The admin number on WhatsApp didn't show as read, and when I went to reception, nobody was there. I came all the way from Sumatra, and after a long trip the place wasn't what I'd expected. I'd already booked two nights, so I really regretted staying here. Please clean the rooms properly, especially before guests check in. The bathroom was filthy, and the cigarette remains needed cleaning too. I've stayed in places at a similar level that were still decent and comfortable. For me, especially with a child, this is a strong no. Please get the place into a fit condition to rent. Sorry to say it, admin.

The service was okay, as you'd expect from Teteh and AA Bandung, but my stay in Room 207 was awful. The mattress and blanket made me itch so badly I couldn't sleep all night. I moved to the 3rd floor, but still had the itching. The bathroom was dirty, and the water flow was weak.

The service was standard, with the usual warmth from the local Teteh and akang staff. I picked this place after getting dizzy going around in circles looking for somewhere. But I had bugs for company while trying to sleep 😅. That's my honest review, and sorry, I wouldn't stay again.

Agoda added a 170 check-in fee, then the receptionist asked me to pay again, bringing it to 250. They said the charge was for security. What made it worse was being told I couldn't book through the app and had to pay the receptionist directly.

Red Dor staff redirected our booking at another inn to this one. The price here was actually lower than what we'd paid for the place we booked, but our money had already been transferred at the higher rate. The inn was dirty: cigarette butts everywhere, filthy floors, and dirty sheets and mats. Oh God, what a mess. Thanks for the night there.
