OYO 91322 Jawara Guest House Syariah

I'm fed up with what we got. The room didn't look like the picture, the bathroom was inside in the listing but outside in reality, and the AC was only a fan. There was no TV, and the price was different from the one shown in the picture even though I'd already paid. The room also made me itchy.

After paying through the app, we were asked for a refund when we arrived because they said they no longer worked with the app. We went through the refund process but stayed anyway. The room didn't match the app photos and was dirty and smelly, with a small bed and no TV or towels. The toilet was filthy. There was lots of trash in the mattress drawer, plus a dirty, smelly sarong, like someone had used it and left it unfolded. The blanket was like a doormat. This was the first guest house in Bandung that really disappointed me.

I paid through the Oyo app, but at check-in they asked me to cancel and pay cash because the hotel only accepts cash. It was confirmed that someone had checked in, so they knew about the booking. They should have contacted me through the hotel or canceled it themselves. Why was I left to report it? Don't trust this hotel. What kind of Sharia is this? Canceling on someone during the rainy season is inhumane.

The extra 40,000 was sent to the DANA number written on the receptionist's desk, but there was no receipt or recipient signature when Traveloka asked me for proof. I reported it straight away. After me, a mother and child tried to check in and couldn't because they hadn't paid. I'd paid through TRAVELOKA, but they said the price was wrong and asked me to pay more. There were rooms priced at 130 and 150. My room had a bed and a fan that was like an AC, no closet, a shaky bed and a shaky closet, and the bathroom was outside. I wanted to take a photo but couldn't.
