The room was spacious and the price was excellent for what you get. It didn't match the advertised picture, but we talked it through and sorted things out. Breakfast was decent, buffet one day and à la carte the next. The pool looked clean. We found no towels or tissues when we arrived, though staff fixed that fairly quickly. I'm giving it three stars because of that problem and the inconsistency between rooms. Depending on which deluxe room you get, there may be a balcony on the seventh floor or no balcony on the fifth. They should mention that in advance to avoid confusion.

The bathroom sink was blocked, yet staff washed the coffee cup there, leaving coffee grounds and stains behind. The bathroom smelled a little, and its broken door wouldn't shut. My room was dusty, the sheets hadn't been changed when I checked in, and despite asking three times, I never got a water boiler for coffee or tea. A really gross stay.

This was my third stay, and the drop in quality really disappointed me. The bed and pillows were dirty, there was hair all over the bathroom, some outlets were broken, and the room had no cups or phone. I told reception so I could switch rooms, but they wouldn't let me. I hope they sort these problems out.

The staff were nice, but the upkeep was awful for such a nice hotel. My room and sheets were dirty, and the glass looked like it hadn't been washed properly. Such a shame.

Cleanliness and maintenance especially don't meet what I'd expect of a four-star hotel. A warning to anyone looking for a place to stay in bandung.
