Really nice room, clean and looked after. The AC was cold, and there was Wi-Fi and a TV station. They also provided soap, towels, a kettle, and a full set of cutlery. Just no Netflix or cooking utensils 😅🙏 8.75/10

This apartment is new, but it doesn’t seem to have clear operating procedures. The staff situation felt unofficial to me, almost like dealing with a broker. When I arrived, only a security guard was there, and he told us to wait. About 10 minutes later, a casually dressed man took us to a room on the 11th floor. It was messy, so he said to wait while he found another supposedly ready room on the 15th floor. We waited another 15 minutes. The AC in that room wasn’t cooling and had an unpleasant smell. I tried to complain, but the man’s phone was unreachable for two hours, until I reported it to security. It turned out the AC really wasn’t in good condition. Then, at 9 pm, the man came back and said we had to move again, this time to the 27th floor. So frustrating. The promised basics weren’t there either: no bathroom mat, drinking water, coffee or sugar, or soap. I’ve stayed here once, and that’s enough for me.

The room was clean and the location was good, though check-in service was a little slow.
