Relaxing Studio Room at Gateway Apartment Ahmad Yani Cicadas

I’d recommend renting an apartment at Gateway. It feels comfortable and clean, and the landlady is especially friendly and kind.

My stay at Gateway Apartment Cicadas by DB Property was awful. The room was really dirty and smelled bad, the sheets looked unchanged, and neither the AC nor the TV worked. I parked in the LG Basement lobby Saphiere C, deliberately avoiding parallel parking because I thought it would be safer. My car ended up badly scratched, with the front panel looking like it had been opened. I asked the security guard to check the CCTV, but they couldn’t help and told me to go to the RR room. I reported it there the next day and asked the parking management to take responsibility, but so far nobody has. The room quality, service, and facilities were poor, and the security was especially bad. It felt dangerous, and I’m still disappointed.
