Sans Vibes Surapati Konforta Hotel

We stayed January 3-4, 2026. The receptionist was friendly and helped move us from room 407, where the toilet was clogged and the water cloudy, to 408. That toilet was fairly clean and not clogged, and there was a water heater, though the water remained cloudy. The room had a refrigerator, table, chairs, TV, wardrobe, tissues, mineral water, and a thermos. The mattress was tidy and it was still reasonably comfortable since there was no smell, but the blanket and pillows had dirty looking stains. The two towels smelled a little musty. The toilet paper was there, but no toothbrushes. Liquid soap was available, though it looked watered down, so I didn't use it. The bathroom itself was clean, but with the door shut it smelled musty, so leaving it open was more comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor, while the elevator stopped at the 5th, and its lights were out, making it very dark and annoying. Renovation work nearby could be heard clearly because the room wasn't soundproof. Valet parking is mandatory and costs Rp 15,000. We kept our car keys since we were often out. The Rp 100,000 deposit came back at checkout. There aren't food vendors close by, so it's better to bring food before arriving. Adequate for a short stay, though the linens and towels, water quality, and elevator facilities need improvement.

The building looks new and the service was good, but booking online meant having 100,000 IDR cash for one room, or 200 IDR for two rooms. The room linens were stained, from the pillows to the blankets. I was also shocked by the dirty bathroom: the sink and toilet were yellow, and yellow water had left limescale marks. The water can be fixed, but the sheets need attention. Thank you.

I was in Bandung on business and working from my laptop, and felt very comfortable here last night. The room was spacious, the AC was cold, and the view outside was quite nice, even though the balcony was locked. The roadside location is strategic, right by the main road. You can hear motorcycles and cars from the front since it's not soundproof, but that didn't bother me. The smart TV was good, and having a mini fridge for cold drinks and a cupboard for my things was really helpful. The bathroom was okay, with a clean, working shower, sink, and water heater. There was soap and two towels, but no toothbrush or toothpaste, so bring your own. The bedsheets had a few stains that might not come out, but smelled good, and the pillows and blanket were clean. The receptionist and security guard were friendly. At 300,000 Rupiah, I think it was good for the price. Thank you 🫶🏻

It was a strange stay. There were ants all over the room floor, and the bathroom was very dirty with lots of stains that hadn't been cleaned. The hallway floor on the way to the room also looked unswept and unmopped, and the elevator was having problems. Then, just as I was leaving, I was asked to pay a valet fee even though no valet service had been provided.
