Getting around was easy since the hotel is in the city center, near most tourist spots and convenient transport. The staff were all friendly and willing to help, and the included breakfasts were really nice. The room could have been cleaner, but otherwise I liked the hotel.

For a business trip on a budget, this hotel could be a good choice. It’s in the city center, next to Bandung Electronic Centre, with plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. The staff are kind. Cleanliness needs work, especially in the rooms. Replacing the carpet with flooring could help reduce dust, and the bathrooms need a thorough cleaning. I stayed three nights and would have liked more variety at breakfast. Service should also start at 6 am instead of 7, and the food should be ready at the promised time.

The room looked dirty and damp, and smelled really bad as soon as I walked in. The TV was tiny too. Seriously, even the one at my house’s security post is bigger.

I’m only here for one night because I needed a room urgently, and I definitely won’t return. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your health and well-being. Some friends who stayed here told me about the same problems, especially the dirty rooms, and one friend’s room smelled bad as soon as the door opened. I worry the lack of cleanliness could be a health hazard. The bed was the worst part. It looked fine at first, but when my head touched the mattress and pillow, a strong, unpleasant smell came out, like they hadn’t been washed and had body odor that had built up for weeks. My body also felt itchy during and after sleeping there. The room itself was dirty, with a grimy carpet, peeling walls, dim lights, and humid air. The bathroom was clean enough and had enough basic amenities, but felt underwhelming for a supposed three-star hotel. The towel smelled bad, felt cheap, and didn’t even absorb water. The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were clearly poor, and the staff were rude. Service was mediocre at best. When I drove in through the gate, a security staff member stared at me angrily. My car was apparently blocking a truck from leaving, but I’d only just turned in and had no way to know. I had to wait while the staff member talked with the truck driver by the road, then sort it out myself. The security staff just stood there looking annoyed, as though driving a car to the hotel had made his job too difficult. I chose this hotel because only a few places were available at a reasonable price and in a suitable location. Still, management needs to fix the poor upkeep, rude service, and rooms that aren’t being cleaned properly.
