I was upgraded to a lovely double room. The pod was clean and everything worked. The building also has other businesses, though, so cleanliness around it is questionable, and people were smoking outside. Once you’re in your pod, everything is fine. Good value for the price.

Handy for a night’s rest, with friendly staff, a fairly roomy locker for your things, and a mushalla. The air smelled pretty bad, though. There’s a small cafe downstairs on the lobby level, and when they fry something, the smell spreads through the room.

The shower and toilet area was even worse than the sleeping space, with dirt, hair, and trash everywhere. The sheets and the capsule itself had bloodstains and grime on them. Looking under the mattress, it was obvious the place hadn't been properly cleaned. I'm honestly shocked by how filthy it was. It's the sort of place you'd wish on an enemy.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean, with nice facilities and amenities like towels. Privacy is limited, though. Moving around too much feels like it might disturb whoever's in the capsule above or below.
