We checked in at 8pm, then decided to head back out. The room was dirty, with stained floors and mirror, dust, and a smell. The bed was extremely old and not in proper condition, the bathroom was really horrible, and there was a cockroach in the room. It looked very different from the photos on Agoda and Google. The price is low, so don’t expect much. The parking area is quite large, the building looks spacious, and it’s surrounded by nice residential areas. It’s a shame the management doesn’t seem to maintain the guest house properly.

We booked four rooms for my family three days before the trip, but on check-in day the management messaged to say they were overbooked. They said they had sold the rooms through a bid. Why bid out rooms that were already booked by someone else? We managed to get the rooms we reserved after pushing them to honor our rights. The price was cheap, so we didn’t expect much, but the experience was honestly worse than expected.

The bed was really comfy, and the price was good. The basics were lacking, though: no toiletries or towels, the TV and WiFi weren’t available, and I couldn’t get any signal in my room. Hot water was only available at certain times.

The suite was large and roomy for a fairly low rate, around Rp130-Rp150k/night. Its solid wooden furniture felt sturdy enough to hold our heavy luggage without worry. Since it was a corner room, the WiFi barely reached us, so I had to use my own data. The package also didn’t include drinking water or soap, shampoo, and other toiletries, so bring your own.
