We stayed for one night, my fiancee and I, and it felt worth what we paid. The guesthouse is tucked inside a housing area, but having a security guard there made us feel safe. He was really polite, too. I'd stay here again.
I get that the security officer is doing his job, but he was the rudest one I've ever met. Could he please show some respect to guests who've already paid for their room? Awful.

The Wi-Fi was so unreliable that I couldn't work in my room, even after buying a LAN cable. As a remote worker, I had to use my own hotspot or go to a cafe whenever I had a meeting. I hope they can improve it, because I'd like to return if I get the chance. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the neighbors weren't noisy. It suited me as an introvert since residents don't interact much. The landlady, security guard, and cleaning lady were all friendly, and the house is close to the front gate.
