Okay.

I only needed somewhere to sleep for a while, and came across this place by chance on a search app in the Pasteur area. The room's TV worked well and there was AC, though it didn't cool, plus one towel. There was no blanket on the bed. The accommodation was in rough shape: dirty and messy, with a sticky door lock, cigarette ash marks on the cupboard, and what looked like a leak leaving the floor outside the room a little flooded.
The room was spacious and the mattress soft, and the price was pretty good for Bandung. I paid 109 thousand at the time because I needed somewhere cheap near Haris Hotel, where I had activities four days in a row. My husband came with me, so I couldn't stay overnight at Haris. This was the closest and cheapest option, but facilities were limited. The bathroom was narrow and dirty, and the lights were very dim. Motorbikes were secured with a chain at night. During my stay, lots of couples were "hitchhiking" during the day.
For a cheap place to lie down, it suits backpackers, but you get what you pay for. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large. There's no fan, and the AC is broken, so it can get hot, though the cool outdoor temperature keeps it from being too hot at night. Toiletries, drinking water, and towels aren't included.
With a room under 100k, I wouldn't expect much, though there is AC, an ensuite bathroom, and plenty of space. The bed was okay and the AC was cold, but the linen wasn't enough. The bathroom was pretty bad, cigarette smoke came in from outside, and parking was limited.
