I booked through booking.com, but CreditCar treated me badly. They rejected my reservation just after I checked in and charged more than the platform price, twice as much. The bathrooms are shared. The staff were friendly, but the rules are a shame.

I paid in the app, but when I got there they told me to cancel, and there was no refund. If there weren't any rooms, they shouldn't have listed them in the app. Instead of speaking politely, someone shouted from the balcony and told me to cancel. I hadn't even realized there was a staff member there.

I booked through the app a day ahead, but the place was full when I arrived. I couldn't get my money back.
