I didn't feel safe in the area at night, and the room had no ventilation. The window wouldn't open, the room smelled bad, and there was dampness all over the bathroom wall. The towels smelled too, and there was no hand soap. The shower gel smelled awful, the curtain was broken, and there was no fridge to store food. The pictures showed a water heater, but there wasn't one. There was no hot water, even after leaving it running for five minutes as they advised. They said they'd check, but I later saw reviews saying this had been a problem for years. I couldn't wash my hair for four days because I didn't want to get sick. Wi-Fi was very unreliable. The room was spacious, but the amenities were basic. The only good thing was the international TV channels. Calling this a three-star hotel is a joke. Where are those three stars supposed to be?

The price seemed reasonable for an area around downtown Bandung. Still, if I hadn't been on a business trip, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The bed cover was stained, as if it hadn't been washed, and no hot water came out when I showered, even with the tap turned to hot.

There were insects and blood on the pillows. I paid for five nights but left after an hour. They wouldn't move me to another room or refund me. It was the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in. Please don't stay here. I know it's cheap, but they scam you. Don't do it.

The location is a real plus, within walking distance of the railway station or 25k by Grab taxi. The AC was cold, and breakfast from Agoda was delivered to the door. It was a spicy, rice-based meal. There was a water dispenser on each level with cold, hot, and lukewarm water. The hotel was okay, but a bit run down, and I wouldn't call it clean because there was some mould in the bathroom. It's a typical three-star place, and I've stayed at nicer ones with much better amenities. Fine for one or two nights, but not longer.

For the price, I thought this place was amazing, even though I agree with the complaints about cleanliness. The room was spacious, with a big window overlooking the city, and the location was right in the heart of the city near the station. It was affordable too. If you can, ask for a room on the highest floor for a great Bandung view. I had a great stay and would recommend it to budget travelers. Loveable!
