The tropical garden is a lovely quiet spot in the middle of the hotel, away from the busy city feel. Our room looked out over it, which made for a peaceful view. Papandayan Hotel has an old, regal character, but everything felt exceptionally well maintained, not outdated. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast and brunch were excellent, with plenty of variety and high-quality food. A memorable, comfortable stay in Bandung with a bit of tranquility.

The kids club has a huge slide that even adults and older kids will find exciting. I also loved the mini waterfall and the fish feeding activity. The bed was comfy, the heated pool was a big plus, and the gym equipment was a little dated but still worked. The location makes it easy to get around Bandung.

I had a lovely stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and breakfast had lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. I’d definitely come back, highly recommended!

We found it easy to get around Bandung from this convenient location. The Papandayan Hotel is an older property, but it’s clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of character. The staff made the stay especially good. I was there with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, and they were consistently kind and attentive, helping her and making sure she could get back to our room safely. We felt very well looked after. It may not be a new hotel, but the cleanliness, atmosphere, and thoughtful service made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

After staying at about six other hotels in Bandung, Papandayan stood out as soon as I arrived. The little details give it something extra, from the architecture and furniture to the artwork displays. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and room service was prompt and courteous. It’s definitely my first choice in Bandung.
