Tibera Ciumbuleuit

Indri at reception deserves a special thank you. She became a friend and took us around her hometown on her day off. She's a true gem. All the staff were incredible, friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. The rooms are beautiful, with plenty of space to spread out and a small patio overlooking a lovely courtyard. They're cleaned daily on request, with fresh towels and water. Breakfast is simple but delicious, with coffee, tea, traditional foods, toast and spreads, plus a very kind chef. This was the best place I've stayed in a very long time. I'd highly recommend it for a night or a week, you'll feel at home.

For the price, this is absolutely worth it. The room was clean, and Kak Rahayu was excellent and very friendly when I checked out. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

Tibera Hotel has become a second home for me after more than seven stays. I've never been disappointed. From the moment you walk in, the warm welcome makes you feel like family. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable, whether they're greeting you at reception, handling room service promptly, or sharing helpful tips for exploring the area. The facilities are clean, and the rooms are immaculate, with impressive attention to detail from the housekeeping team. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with plush bedding and modern amenities, and I've always slept well. Food options are limited, but what's available is delicious, whether it's breakfast or dinner, and the friendly waitstaff make dining even better. As someone who travels often, I also appreciate the hotel's commitment to guest safety. Tibera Hotel is a real gem, whether you're traveling alone, with family, or for work. I can't praise it enough, I love Tibera Hotel to the max and am already looking forward to my next visit!
