The old-style architecture and decor give Topas Galeria Hotel a charming, nostalgic feel. Its location near the airport and toll is convenient for getting around. Staff were friendly and the service was adequate, while the rooms were clean and comfortable. If you like a bit of classic elegance, the atmosphere makes for a memorable, pleasant stay.

I nearly lost everything I had through a Gumtree scammer claiming to be from Muswellbrook in NSW Australia. I traced them back to this hotel, where they were trying to process card transactions and add their iphone as a device on my online banking login. Either the company is a scam or the hotel is home to scammers. Beware.

The service is nice and the price is cheap. The hotel has antique things throughout and flowers in the garden. The old rooms need renovation, and the suite room is very big but also needs renewal. Rooms in the new building look nice. The swimming pool isn’t really big, more like a kid pool.

The staff were polite and the location is strategic, with pusat oleh2 right beside the hotel. I tried the coffee from '& coffee' and it was soooo tasty. Most things were nice, but the amenities were only provided on my first day and weren’t refilled. The linen didn’t seem clean, since I felt itchy after sleeping, and breakfast didn’t have many options. Still, it was comfortable enough.

The kids were happiest with the garden, fish ponds, and little pool. Our deluxe room had new furnishings and looked nice, though the sticky floor left marks from our shoes and sandals. The rest of the hotel grounds were clean. It's an older, affordable place in a handy spot near Pasteur Tol exit, BTC mall, and the big stores. ❤💜💚💙💕
