Avoid booking through an OTA. They may tell you the hotel is overbooked.

Fine for a weekend stay, though the AC needs maintenance.

Paid 330k IDR and felt the stay was worth every penny.

The hotel was a mess, with cockroaches in the bathroom and blood stains on the sheets and bed head. They won't refund you once they have your booking, so by the time you check in and see the place, it's too late to get your money back. Seriously, don't book here. Find somewhere else.

I should've trusted the Google Maps reviews. I booked through Agoda and had a confirmed reservation at the Townhouse Oak Cihampelas hotel, but when I arrived the staff said, "Your booking wasn't entered into our hotel system." From the reviews, this seems to have happened there before. I contacted Agoda but got no solution, and the staff said the hotel was fully booked. I also found out it was affiliated with OYO. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked there. OYO offered to move me to a cheaper hotel with a worse rating, without refunding the price difference. I'd rather have had a full refund, even if it came through Agoda cash, so I could book somewhere with better service, rating, rooms, and booking system. Please DON'T book here. TRUST ME OR YOU'LL JUST GET DISAPPOINTED. It wrecks the mood of people who came for a fun vacation when they have to find somewhere to stay all over again!!!! I'd give it 0 if Google allowed it, but 1 is the lowest, so that's what I'm giving!!!!!
