The two-bedroom setup wasn't what I expected from Traveloka: only one bedroom had AC, and the other was tiny. The TV barely had any local channels working, and the elevator is old, with buttons that sometimes won't press. Check-in was inefficient, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. I wouldn't recommend this apartment, it just didn't feel worth it. #sorry
The apartment had two pools on the ground floor, one for adults and one for kids, separated by a small basketball court. There were also outdoor garden areas on floors 12 and 15, though they were really just smoking spots with a city view, not what I'd call real gardens. We were in a unit facing the main road, so sirens and other traffic could get annoying. The location had plenty of food places on LG and LG1, along with Indomaret, Lawson, and Alfa Express. In the lobby, guests could wait for the housekeeper at two tables. Each tower had a security guard, and if I'm remembering right, there were four towers in the complex. Our housekeeper was friendly and helpful. She offered a trolley for our many bags. We were given just one access card, which we had to bring when going up. Only the right elevator worked for guests, while the center and left ones weren't functioning. The hallways could use more lights, and CCTV on every floor would be good. Inside, the floor was clean and the furniture was tidy. The kitchen equipment was complete and in decent shape, though some pots needed cleaning before use. There was a modern stove with two gas burners, full dishwashing gear, free Wi-Fi, and TV channels, some of them paid. Two dining tables came with six chairs, and there was a shoe rack. We booked two bedrooms. One had a queen bed and a three-door wardrobe for hanging and folded clothes. The other had bunk beds, a bookshelf, and an extension cable. Neither bedroom had AC, but there were two electric fans. Only the main bedroom had a rolling curtain. There was a hook behind each door for hanging clothes, plus an ironing board and iron. Four towels and four blankets were provided. The living room had a carpet, one AC, a refrigerator that was cold enough, and a no-smoking sign. In the bathroom there was a water heater, a shower and a non-shower option, plus a sitting toilet. The water sometimes looked brownish, even on days without rain. The balcony had the outdoor AC unit and a towel bar, but no safety railing, so kids shouldn't go out there. There was a drinking-water dispenser with one gallon per day. Guests needed to contact the housekeeper for a refill. The dispenser itself wasn't plugged in, so it couldn't provide hot or cold water.
It's an okay place, and the rates are low compared with the city center.
The area was overcrowded, and the rooms were dirty.
It's fine.
