The room was standard for a homestay, but the noise at night was a problem. I don't know if some people rent rooms by the month or what, but people were laughing and playing music loudly, even late. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the water was poor, and the TV only had local channels.

The place is cool, and the review photo looks crispy, but I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic stay. The room isn't soundproof and gets noisy. The double bed room is small, though the place is nice.

The homely design, cozy room, and terrace make it pleasant to sit and enjoy the scenery. It offers family and standard rooms for travelers. It's on Aria Jipang Road, within walking distance of Gasibu Field, Satay Building, and Geology Museum. I hope they pay more attention to room maintenance.

The service was good, but several facilities weren't working. The water heater didn't work, the AC remote was dead, and there was no water heater for water or drinking glass in the room.

A nice, clean, quiet homestay for budget travelers, with some good photo spots. Breakfast and WiFi are available too. Shame the beds feel a bit uncomfortable.
