I've stayed here several times and it's been a great experience each time. The rooms are clean and smell nice, and check-in goes smoothly. The staff are lovely too, including at breakfast. When I was making coffee, Septi noticed the machine was only dispensing milk instead of the latte I'd ordered and made one for me right away. She also kept an eye on my plate and cleared it as soon as it was empty, without me having to ask. I love this place and will definitely return. Thanks, Kak Septi.

Breakfast was complete and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thania especially took the initiative to offer me food and drinks. I stayed from 5am until 9pm the following day, and the flexible checkout time was superb. Recommended, and I'll definitely come back.

The breakfast had standard options plus interesting things like martabak and es lilin, and I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked the 24-hour stay arrangement: check in whenever you want, then leave the next day at the same time. There's a pool on the top floor with a bar and DJ. A very nice hotel for the value.

The reception team made check-in easy and efficient, and gave us a lot of information. They were perceptive and diligent. I'm also grateful to the 9th-floor breakfast team, especially the Teteh and Aa, for their caring, thoughtful hospitality over the two days we stayed. Their warm smiles and quick initiative made breakfast enjoyable and accessible for my 4-year-old. They clearly looked after guests wholeheartedly, as well as doing their jobs well.

The place is comfy, the price was affordable, and breakfast was good. Staff were quick, and we got water refills. It's a 24-hour hotel. If you're bringing a toddler, I'd recommend asking for the tatami room, where the bed is on the floor, just like in my picture. So worth it, and I'll come back.
