Ungu Residence Syariah Bandung by RedDoorz

For a cheap stay, the room size was understandable, but the sheets smelled a little musty, maybe from being kept in a damp room. Finding the place was hard: it’s down an alley with no hotel sign. The water was cloudy yellow and smelled unusable, and I couldn’t connect to WiFi even with the password.

The location was still down an alley with no explanation when I arrived, despite what I thought earlier reviews suggested had been fixed. The mattress and bathroom were dirty, and the water was shut off in the morning just as I was getting ready to leave for an event. It was terrible, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I’d already paid through the app, but when I arrived they wouldn’t let me in because my husband’s ID card had been left behind. What kind of RedDoors is this? I canceled and couldn’t get my money back. I hope this doesn’t happen to you. RedDoorz PURPLE, I hope it goes bankrupt.

The rooms were clean, service was top-notch and easygoing, and people had plenty of smiles. The surroundings were nice, though the location was a bit remote and there were a lot of errors with the number you can call. I’d rate it 8/10.
