For IDR 293,xxx without breakfast, our one-night stay in room 109 felt totally worth the money. Check-in and checkout were on time, and the staff were very friendly. The standard hotel facilities were there, and I liked the unusual interior, especially the room signs. Some things seemed a bit aged, and the sheets, pillows, and towels had a slight yellow-gray look. Food was easy to find. The restaurant prices were affordable, with local home-style places a short walk away, plus lots of laundries, including one next to the hotel. It’s right after the Pasteur exit toll, so the location works well if you need to be between Jakarta and Bandung. For tourist spots, though, it’s a bit far, about 5-6 km from Asia Afrika and nearby areas. The hotel sits on a narrow uphill road, accessible from the side street next to Vio Hotel. On major holidays, especially Independence Day on August 17, the road closes, so you’ll need to detour or walk a little to get out.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast, while limited, was acceptable for the price. It’s a convenient spot for a short stop in Bandung, very close to the Pasteur toll gate.

The room was a good size, but getting to the hotel was a bit difficult. The service wasn’t good for a three-star place. When I arrived at 4 p.m., the room wasn’t ready: there was dirt on the floor, no towel or bath soap, the extra lock was broken, and the AC switch was broken too, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature. I hope they improve the maintenance and service.

The room was clean and the AC worked well, and staff responded pretty well. Still, the hotel is quite remote, tucked in the middle of an alley, and I had to ask for a towel and mineral water. There weren’t many TV channels. Breakfast was decent, though I’m not sure why my roommate and I got different portions of fried rice. Overall, the service was quite good during the pandemic.

There are lots of food vendors and convenience stores nearby, and the location is very strategic. I stayed for a week; the room was clean and big enough, and the staff were very friendly and quick to respond. It’s good for families, and they serve coffee and tea in the lobby in the afternoon.
