Everything was ready to use, so I could cook in the kitchen without bringing a load of supplies. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped. They also let us use Netflix, vidio, and several other streaming services for free ✨🫰🏻

The comfort and amenities at youre.at Majesty made for an enjoyable stay, and I’d recommend it to friends. I was there for a bridal shower in the Myeong Dong unit. Balloons and banners weren’t allowed, but the pink paint and polka-dot walls gave the room enough atmosphere for my best friend’s celebration. Everything listed in the amenities was there, the bathroom was clean, especially the toilet, and the water dispenser was filled when we arrived. There were enough beds, and the sofa bed was comfortable and easy to pull out. We could’ve used more tissues in the dining room since we tend to clean up messes. My four-star service rating isn’t about youre.at customer service, it’s about The Majesty’s receptionist. In a hurry that morning, 12 October 2025, around 9.30-9.55am, I asked if there was somewhere to leave my baggage while I went to church. The receptionist said there wasn’t. Then an outside staff member told me there was a baggage area for youre.at customers. I was relieved, but a little annoyed the receptionist hadn’t first asked whether I was a youre.at customer. The calm man in the outside lobby was helpful and showed me where to go. Thank you!

We didn’t want to leave the Hokkaido room so soon, it was way too comfortable. We’re planning another stay next weekend in a different themed room. Thanks, the majesty apart! 🫶🏻

We had a really happy stay in this roomy, tidy, three-bedroom apartment with its Japanese style. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the location was strategic. It came with all the basics we needed: towels, soap and shampoo, toilet paper, a hair dryer, microwave, stove, fridge, silverware and utensils, water and a dispenser, an iron and board, bedroom air conditioning, blankets, and free Netflix. I’d love to stay at youre.at again next time 😊

Customer service deserves a mention too, they replied quickly and helped me out really well. I stayed one night in the vienna room, and it was amazing, very clean and tidy. The mini kitchen had a microwave, sink, dispenser, and even a mini bar. The decor details were all really good and unique. Can’t wait to try another room type with my friends when I visit Bandung next time. Thank you so much! 🙏😊
