The hotel is in a strategic spot near the main square, and room service food is reasonably priced. My room wasn't very spacious, but it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast didn't have much variety, and the walk to the swimming pool was a bit far.

The rooms aren't soundproof, and with many families staying in several rooms, you can hear people knocking or calling to their family in the morning and at night. It seems other guests don't mind, but try to keep the noise down for those nearby. There are no elevators or connecting rooms, which is worth keeping in mind at this budget hotel. The hotel was still quite okay for us as a place to rest between days out. If you book directly with the Terra Cassa admin, the price is cheaper. You can also ask for a room with ramp access if you're bringing an elderly relative or a child who has trouble with stairs. We found Terra Cassa on Google Maps and IG during a last-minute family trip over the end year holidays, when we were having trouble finding a hotel. I contacted them via WA and got a quick reply from a friendly admin. We were lucky to get a room overlooking Rawapening and the mountains. The room was very small, especially the cramped bathroom, but I'd read other reviews and was okay with that. The room and whole hotel were clean. Breakfast had very limited choices and was available only from 7-9am, though service was quite quick and the food tasted decent. Room service was reasonably priced and available until 9.30pm. The hidden pool looked good for privacy, but we didn't try it because the 18° morning felt too cold for us, used to hot cities at 32-35°.

The breakfast was good enough, and my room had a nice view and a connecting door. It's a nice, clean little hotel in a good location, near Bandungan market and with food easy to find nearby.

The bed was comfortable, and the food was cheap and tasted good. The place was very clean and easy to find. It's also close to Bandungan Market, where you can get street food and souvenirs.
