Reddoorz Hotel Keluarga Bangko

The pictures don't match what you get, and the whole thing was really bad. I don't believe the claims about still working with Agoda and Redroz. If they no longer work together, the place wouldn't show up, but it still appears active, which feels like a scam. When you arrive to check in, they suddenly quote 300 to 400. Haha, that might be fine if the accommodation were good. This was the first guesthouse I've come across with so much shady behavior. 😅

I booked through the Agoda app and paid 147,000, but when I arrived they said the rooms were full and there were lots of problems. It was extremely disappointing, and I couldn't even get a refund. Please don't stay here. This hotel is horrible. 😡😡😡

The room was dark, the bathroom was dirty, and the AC didn't cool properly. Usually, app bookings match the photos, but this one was a complete dud. I booked for 150 on the app, then was told at the hotel that the rooms were full and I had to add another 50 thousand, which couldn't be refunded. I hope the owner realizes quickly and stops doing this.

We arrived at 2:00 a.m. after booking through the app, but there was no receptionist. We called around and couldn't find anyone, even though we'd already transferred the money to the hotel's account. In the end, we looked for another hotel with better service and cleaner rooms, and, most importantly, a receptionist available 24 hours. We went back in the morning to ask about the money we'd transferred, but they wouldn't return it and didn't even apologize. It was really bad...
