The room itself was nice and seemed well cared for, and the price is low. Getting up to rooms on the third floor is a real challenge, though. The stairs are poorly designed and not suitable for older guests. Don't expect hotel service, either: it's self-service, and you have to ask specifically for things like fresh towels, mineral water, or soap when the room is made up. Hot water in the shower seems to depend on luck. There's a contact person if you need help, but most of the time they're unreachable. Ordering food from the restaurant downstairs also adds a 10% charge.

I was doubtful at first because there were no reviews, even though it was a Reddoorz partner with lots of app photos. I couldn't tell if it was a real place. The photos turned out to be accurate, and you can find the full set through their Reddoorz listing. I got a promo rate that fit my budget for a stay of a few weeks. The building is fairly new, tucked behind Kopi Luwak Mataram. My room was spacious, though it didn't have a TV or a desk, which might have been because of the promo. The internet was fast, over 30 Mbps, and the bathroom felt hotel quality and had a bidet. Minimarkets and bus stops are within a five-minute walk. It's pretty far from the city center, so it suits a quiet staycation.
