Urbanview Hotel Ratu Kuring Gisting

The rooms sit below the freeway, which made the place feel boxed in, and there’s a mosque nearby with eight speakers. The bathroom smelled bad, and the room reeked of cigarettes. Only two staff were around, and they didn’t seem to care or know how to answer questions. They put up a closed sign and shut the gate during the fasting month, even though I’d booked through red doors and paid 259000 upfront. The hotel restaurant was closed then too, so there was no food, and eating places were far away. There was no aicon, and I had to pay extra for a suite room upgrade. I studied hotel management in Belgium, so I know a little about the business. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a homestay. If red doors sells it as a hotel, that says a lot about their quality too. 👎👎
