Villa Lovina Beach 2

Our group of 8 found the house clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The villa and staff were amazing, taking care of the cooking, cleaning, and all the little details to make our trip go smoothly.

The villa was beautiful, clean, and felt safe for our family vacation, and we’d love to come back. Made and her staff made us feel welcome and took such kind, attentive care of us. Mr. Eric and the other driver got us around safely, knew Lovina well, and kindly suggested spots to explore. Mr. Ketut took us out to see the dolphins, which became one of my favorite memories. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to everyone for a wonderful visit, and I’d recommend the villa to others.

The team made our stay especially memorable. The cooks, maids, night watchman, and gardener were all charming and so cheerful, and the food was a great chance to discover authentic cooking. The night watchman even took one of us to the airport on his motorbike. We were 15 people in a dream setting: the grandchildren stayed in the small new villa while the parents had the big house. Highly recommended, and wishing the team all the best.

The villa itself was very nice, and everything else was superb, but I can’t get past the owner’s attitude, Ad. My 71-year-old mom fell one morning because water had leaked from a faulty chiller overnight. When I raised it with the owner, he seemed indifferent. I had to ask him to at least apologize, and he said the equipment breaking wasn’t his fault, though I feel maintenance is his responsibility. The housekeeper said it had been faulty for a while, so I don’t understand why it wasn’t removed. It’s a pity this happened, because the experience has made me never want to return.
