Laila was so warm and friendly when she brought my coffee, and the service overall felt very professional. I had dinner at the Aeris Hotel Banjarbaru restaurant last Saturday. The room was calm and comfortable, and both the food and drinks had the quality I’d expect from a star-rated hotel.

The location is handy, with a convenience store and ATM just a short walk away. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere felt cozy. Parking for two-wheelers is limited, though. Still, a good stay. 👍

Breakfast is a highlight, especially the sweets and desserts, and the selection feels complete. The staff are attentive throughout the meal, which makes it more enjoyable. I always like the ambience and the warm hospitality here, and I’ll definitely return.

There are plenty of meeting rooms, though some upstairs have especially narrow corridors. The hotel itself feels new and futuristic, with a clean, cozy, comfortable room and a balcony. It has a modern look and a strategic location near a convenience store and food stalls. More motorcycle parking would help.

We booked a superior room for our trip and found it cozy enough to rest in. I liked the room lighting style. It was unfamiliar to me, but still comfortable.
