The room itself was better than I expected for the price: it had an electronic lock, a soft mattress like you'd find in a 3-star hotel or higher, an LCD TV, dressing table, wardrobe, towels, and other bathroom amenities. I'd give the room 5 stars. The rest of the stay was less smooth. I'd booked a double room, but it wasn't available at check-in, so Lerina Inn joined the twin beds together instead. Lerina agreed to the arrangement in the lobby, but we still had to wait because the double room wasn't ready. I can only give the check-in process 1 star. I was assigned room 210 on the second floor, but the elevator was out of service, and it was hard to find the room because there were no number signs in the hallway. Facilities get 3 stars. I came because I used local Google Guidelines, and my first impression was of a typical inn. The service wasn't what I expected.

The room amenities were pretty good, but the space was cramped, the shower head was broken, and hardly any hot water came through. Dust had built up in the corners, making it look like the room hadn't been cleaned in 3 weeks. Prices didn't match those on the apps listed by @iri. Service was too bad: staff didn't know which rooms were empty or how the rooms differed. Make up your own mind, or just give it a try.

The service was friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was quite good. Works for a business trip or a leisure stay.
