The room was spacious and clean, and the price was reasonable. I didn’t get a chance to try the food. There’s free transport to the airport, and they provide a full set of toiletries. The TV has many local channels, though not all that many. There was no Wi-Fi, and the AC wasn’t working.

The free airport shuttle is useful if you’re coming from out of town and need to rest before a flight. The hotel is near the airport. The room was small, with dated furniture, but the hot shower worked. Wi-Fi was free, though slow, and the TV was small with local channels. It’s okay if you just need a place to rest, but probably not the right choice if you want comfort.

I was stopping over before heading to Tanah Laut the next day. The location worked well, not too far from the airport, and the hotel provides free airport pick-up and transfer. The room was mediocre and too small to pray in. The bathroom wasn’t great either, the sink in room 208 leaked, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.
6/10
The staff were courteous, and the breakfast buffet was decent. Nothing especially good or bad overall. I got some itching while sleeping, so maybe there were bed bugs. Also, don’t open the room windows: some bees came in when I tried it. Could be seasonal. It was an average stay.

I appreciated the free ride they provide for guests to get to the airport. They don’t provide a drink heating kettle, though.
