It didn't match the photos, and the room itself was unpleasant. The AC wasn't cold, it smelled musty, and there was no drinking water. We only got one towel, with no toothbrush or shampoo.

Watch out for fake receptionist numbers in Google reviews. I booked through an app, then was asked for a 350,000 IDR deposit and threatened with cancellation without a refund. It was a scam, and I nearly fell for it. I went directly to the hotel to check, and they said no deposit guarantee was required. If I remember right, the fraudster's ATM was called AGI and used a BRI ATM. As for the facilities, there was only a TV and it didn't work properly. At night it also got a bit noisy, with people walking in front of and beside the room.

The room was small and cramped, though it wasn't much different from the photo. There wasn't a bathroom trash bin or a clothes hanger, so I didn't know where to put my clothes. No soap or toothbrush either. The place was under renovation, with dirty wood and lots of noise. A repairman, or whoever it was, played music loudly on their phone, so I couldn't rest. They should close while repairs are going on for guests' comfort. Check-in was at 15:00 and checkout at 16:00. I'm fed up. Before booking, check the reviews. One or two one-star reviews might happen, but if nearly everyone gives one star, you know what that means.

Bring your own supplies if you stay here, so you're not caught off guard. It isn't a hotel with a full set of facilities.
