For my transit in bjb, I looked around a bit before choosing this place. It was one of my options, and I didn't expect much given the low price. Some reviews said the receptionist could be hard to find. The office door was open when I arrived, but nobody was there at first. A man came by shortly after and asked what I needed. The door wasn't always open or staffed, but somehow I always found someone whenever I needed help. Hehe. I got the room I'd booked, with local TV channels, bottled water, soap and shampoo, and two towels. Wi-Fi was free, parking was ample, and the bathroom had working hot water. For the price, I thought it was worth it. The surprising part was the free airport transfer for guests connecting through flights. You only have to pay the airport parking fee, which I thought was terrible. I'd recommend the hotel, but management should stop letting guests smoke in rooms. I asked for a non-smoking room and still got one that smelled of cigarettes :(

I had a terrible experience and think this is a fraud. If the inn has stopped working with Oyo, why is it still taking Oyo guests? We were asked to pay an extra 100 thousand outside the app after arriving from far away. What if a guest doesn't have the extra money? Either stop accepting bookings through Oyo or list the real price there instead of showing 100 thousand and asking for another 100 thousand later. Don't trust the cheap online-agent price. I would never stay here again.
