There was a smoky smell in both the lobby and the room. I wouldn't recommend it for kids or babies.

The rooms are priced by floor: standard is 150 thousand on the 3rd or 4th floor, deluxe is 180 thousand on the 1st or 2nd, and river view is 200-250 thousand on the 1st. It's just the floor that differs 😁. On my first stay I booked deluxe on the 2nd floor, but the TV was broken and the AC wouldn't switch off, so it was cold all night. There were little cockroaches all over the room, too. I moved to a standard room on the 3rd floor the next day. The TV and AC worked there, though the room smelled really stuffy when I walked in. Cleanliness needs more attention. The receptionist said the wifi was broken and unusable 😅, so why advertise FREE WIFI out front?

There was an unpleasant smell along the room corridor, and inside, the bathroom was cramped and had lots of cockroaches. The place didn't feel very clean, and there were no real room amenities. The only towels were tiny and thin, more like doormats.
